Board of Directors

Kevin was raised in Winnetka, IL.  He attended Loyola Academy as well as Depaul University.  He has an extensive background in technology, operations, and scaling companies in both B2C and B2B markets.   His experience includes founding and operating as CEO of Tally, a mobile payment solution geared towards the hospitality industry.  This required intuitive designs, lean operations/process improvement, POS system integrations, and extensive knowledge of scaling a two-sided network. Tally was acquired in 2018.   Additionally, Kevin was appointed CEO of Pikazo, a consumer facing mobile art app that utilizes neural network rendering technology. Kevin also serves as Managing Director at his own software consultancy and development shop.   Kevin's experience in finance, contract negotiations, and deep understanding of process improvement comes from his experience as Manager on the Global Finance team at one of the largest e-commerce companies in the US. In this capacity he was tasked  with conducting international & domestic contract negotiations, cost driver analysis, cost mitigation, and increasing operational  efficiencies through continually analyzing the business from an executive level.   Kevin’s vast experience in technology, finance,  and operations, combined with his track record of scaling companies with limited capital, make him an ideal fit for serving on NorthShore’s board.

R.N. BSN

Marlene has been working in the health care industry for over 20 years. She has experience working in acute care, long-term care, mental health, and as a correctional nurse.  Her compassion and communication skills throughout the care process not only gives patients and their families peace of mind, but also leaves them with a smile.  Her hands on approach brings staff and families together for the best client outcomes.

Michael has a vast background as a veteran, chef, massage therapist, and an L.P.N. working in mental health, long-term care, and renal dialysis.  He started out directly caring for patients as a C.N.A. and understands the complexity of care issues.  Through his experiences Michael has a strong understanding of quality patient care from the ground up.  Paired with his experience in the hospitality industry and holistic approach he fully embraces the mission of NorthShore Home Care.  He has worked with patients for over 20 years.
